The CTI Accelerator Program (CAP) is a specialized Business and Creative Film Intensive specifically designed to ‘accelerate’ emerging filmmakers by helping them to prepare and pitch their projects to prospective funders in a short period of time. We hold accelerators in collaboration with different organisations and companies around the world, where participants are exposed to CaribbeanTales’ unique process.

Under the guiding hand of experienced industry professionals, the CTI Accelerator offers participants a great overview and guide on how to create the basis of story, marketing, pitching and financing. The winner of each CTI Accelerator Program will automatically be shortlisted and will have an opportunity to compete for a place on The Market Incubator Program.

Cuba Accelerator
In 2016, CaribbeanTales launched the CaribbeanTales Accelerator Program ~ Cuba which specifically targets underrepresented producers with film and television projects that raise awareness about contemporary social issues facing marginalized Cuban communities; promote civic activism; and challenge traditionally distorted narratives about Cuban life. This program allows Cuban filmmakers from marginalized communities and access their needs to create content that gives voice to their issues and realities.

Digital Animation

From this development process, 1 project will be selected for production.
